GoodGood Car Wash provides on-demand car washing, detailing, and general cleaning services. These Terms govern your use of the App, our website, and related services. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under UAE law.

Services Provided

The GoodGood Car Wash App allows users to:

• Book professional car wash and detailing services.
• Request specialized home, office, and furniture cleaning.
• Access real-time location-based service availability.
• Make secure online payments for services.
• Manage booking history and upcoming appointments.

Note: All services are subject to availability and geographical coverage within Dubai and supported service zones.

User Accounts

• Registration: To access our services, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
• Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify us immediately at support@goodgoodcarwash.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

SMS & Communications:

By creating an account and providing your mobile number, you expressly agree to receive mobile text messages (SMS) from Good Good Car Wash for the purposes of service verification (OTP), account security, and real-time booking updates.

• Consent: You verify and represent that the mobile phone number provided is your own and that you are authorized to receive SMS messages at that number.
• Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Good Good Car Wash is not responsible for any costs incurred by your carrier for receiving these messages.
• Opt-out: You may opt-out of receiving promotional SMS at any time. However, you acknowledge that transactional messages (including OTPs and Service Status updates) are required for the core functionality of the App. Opting out of transactional messages may limit your ability to use the Services.
• Liability: Mobile carriers and Good Good Car Wash are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages due to network issues or technical failures beyond our control.

Location Access

To provide accurate services, the App requires access to your device’s location to:

• Detect your service area.
  Assign the nearest service providers.
• Calculate Time-of-Arrival (ETA) and distance.
• You may disable location access in your settings, but please note that the App will not function correctly without it.

Payments, Billing & Pricing

• Payment Methods: We use secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Supported methods include Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Pricing: Prices are clearly displayed in the App and may vary based on service type, vehicle size, location, or special promotions.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are typically only considered if:
  
  • The service provider fails to arrive.
  • The service is proven to be incomplete or unsatisfactory upon review.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via in-app notifications or email.
• Cancellation: Users can cancel a booking before the service provider is dispatched. Cancellation charges may apply if the provider is already en route or at the location.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

• Our Responsibility: Our providers are trained professionals. However, GoodGood Car Wash is not liable for pre-existing damages to the vehicle or assets.
• User Responsibility: You must ensure the service location is accessible (e.g., parking access) and that your vehicle is in a safe condition for cleaning.
• Negligence: We are not liable for losses resulting from user negligence or incorrect service requests.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the App for any unlawful activities in the UAE.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or breach the App’s security.
• Impersonating other users or providing false information.
• Abusive behavior toward our service providers.

Data Collection & Deletion

• Privacy: We collect data (Name, Phone, Email, Location) to deliver our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
• Data Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time via the “Delete My Data” option in the App or by emailing us.
• Retention: Financial and transaction records will be retained for 7 years as per UAE tax and accounting laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the App and Website are the exclusive property of GoodGood Car Wash. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, GoodGood Car Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, service delays due to weather/traffic, or technical downtime.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
